This response is very typical of a company that was forced to make good on damages that occurred Months ago. There is no need to drill a 1.5 inch hole for a cable run. This shows the lack of training provided to filed techs. Be very careful before you allow this company (subcontractor for [redacted]) to perform work in your home or business.
