Review: We have paid [redacted] over $13,119.75 in advance for products. He has not delivered the products nor has he refunded our money. He refuses to return our calls or e-mails. The one product he did deliver on, is not made of the right material and we can't use it. He also refuses to answer us on that item as well. We have sent a registered letter and he signed for it over a month ago with no response.Desired Settlement: Refund of all money paid in advance for products not received and money refunded for bad parts that he made.
