Poor value for the price. We chose this company because the staff seemed nice and they had the time slot available that we needed, but we ultimately regret our choice. The prices are not on their website for a good reason. They sent us the prices in an email before the shoot and it seemed like digital copies of the photos would be included in the $125 price, but found out later they are not. It was a very very costly misunderstanding on our part. The cheapest option available for print is $45 for one 4 x 5 photo. When we talked to them afterwards, they said they gave us an opportunity to ask questions, so it's our problem. If we want to purchase one single digital photo (not all, just one), we can pay $95. I found several other studies that only charge $150 and you get digital photos included, so I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. The quality of the photos was just average and they had NO toys or anything for the baby to help keep focused. The photographer, Penny, also took the photos very slowly so it was hard to get any good pictures of the baby smiling. She was naturally a bit fussy under the lights and such, so when the family got her to smile, we needed the photo taken quickly. This did not happen. The overall experience we had was fine, but we simply cannot recommend with this kind of value. It's outrageous.
