I was on-site before any work commenced and visited the site twice daily for the two days (in total) to check in and progressI was also there upon completion as always to make sure everything was up to our standards and according to the work orderThe customer was introduced to the project foreman and was aware I am the owner of the company from the long standing relationship with his employer who happened to be our financial institutionI informed him I would be in and out and that the project manager would be able answer any questions or concerns and he was also given my personal cell if he wanted to speak with me directly At no time did I give any indication that I would be leading the crew or be the foreman on the job during the estimate and/or commencement of the jobI did however state I treat every home like it is my own and I stand by that and have thousands of reviews and happy customers who can reiterate what happens to be one of our mission statements.2.) As you will see in attached pictures We protect a home and its surroundings in several ways and the boards mentioned are sheets of 4' x 8' x 1/2" plywood which we place against the house where the old roofing debris will collectThese boards are feet tall and almost never reach the roof line of a size roofWe then drape tarps from the gutter to ground and beyond to protect the structure side themselvesDepending on the stage of the project (during the removal of the old roof, when the new roof is being installed & etc.) they will moved & removedAs with every project....we take before, during and after photosI was not provided any pictures the customer stated he took and possibly he is referring to the photos that were provided by us3.) I was present at the time of completion and the project foreman instructed the customer to check everything out, went over the job and asked if there were any questionsIn the almost two decades in business I have never made a customer sign anything in regards to their satisfactionIn fact I never accept payment on the day of completion for we have to register their warranty, prepare the “during and after photos”, print the photos, generate an invoice, (which can take anywhere from to business days) before payment is even requested This gives the homeowner time to review the work that was done I also do not take down paymentsAll customers are instructed that they are not required to remit payment until they are 100% satisfied upon completion and review I can provide thousands of emails and invoices that will clearly show and reiterate that processThe customer’s project took place on November 1st and 2nd, The customer’s bill was completely processed on November 7th Payment was received from customer ten days later on November 17th 2016.4.) I was not made aware of any problems until over months had pastThe customer gave me numerous different reasons as to whyI can provide the emails and any documentation you need
When we received over inches of heavy, wet lake-effect snow on November 19, 20, I was worried about the snow load on our low-pitched roof I called a couple of roofing companies who said they could help, but I did not know how long it would take for them to get to me, and the estimates ranged from $1,(to clear one-half the load) to $2,500, When I called Tri-Town they told me to check my attic for signs of slitting rafters or other damage I told them I had a split rafter and they said they would give me priority -later that same afternoon Although, as things worked out they were not able to clear the roof that afternoon, they kept in close contact - so I always knew what the situation was and had updated time estimates, and could be confident that they had not forgotten me They came early the next morning - cleared the entire snow load off the roof without disturbing the cable to our satellite dish, without hurting our shrubs or dumping snow on our natural gas-powered generator - and most importantly - without doing any damage to the roof we had installed three months earlier They charged exactly the amount of their original estimate - much lower than the other estimates I had received They also cam back a few days later (at my request) to repair the split rafter We had a great experience with Tri-Town - at a time when things could have been much worse The communication was excellent, they did a good job, and they treated us fairly
I have used tri-town roofing and construction before and I have always been very pleased. This time was no exception. They are professional, prompt, polite, honest and extremely capable. I was out of town and advised by a neighbor that I had water dripping in my house caused by an ice dam. I called them from out of state, explained the problem, and they did took care of it. I very highly recommend them.
Tri-Town Roofing’s team were professional and safety conscious. From the onset of the job to completion, they kept us informed along the way and responded to any questions. While working on site, we were told what door not to exit to avoid falling debris. As they worked, when concerns came up and repair was required, they took pictures so we could visually see. Above & Beyond: Since the job could not be completed in late season, the owner had a couple of his workers do some immediate repair work to avoid further inside damage to hold us over to Spring at no added expense to us. We were very pleased and would refer them

It is soooo refreshing to find such an honest, hardworking and professional company [redacted] the owner and ***, his foreman, are so friendly but so knowledgeable Tri Town did our roof a few years ago and they were so prompt to start the job, they were so efficient and thorough all day during the work and they finished in a timely manner and completely cleaned up our property before they leftThey completely stand behind their work and word We had a small issue a few months after the original job and within hrs [redacted] sent his A Team with [redacted] to fix it at NO additional charge His guys did a fabulous job on our daughter's roof after ours and on of our neihghbors' homes also And here we are years later, and [redacted] and [redacted] were here again to help "his customers" -us- out thru the snow storm Our story split level house had ft drifts all over both roofs and [redacted] sent his guys out to shovel us off asap the roads were openHis guys were working non-stop to hr days to help out his previous customers at a reasonable price You don't have to worry when [redacted] and [redacted] are doing work on your home!!!!
