I used Local Muscle Movers for my move in August, Two boxes of mine that were picked up by Local Muscle were never dropped off at the final destinationThese boxes contained personal belongings--belongings of high monetary and sentimental valueIt is unclear if the boxes were lost in the move (possibly when their truck broke down along the way) or if they were stolenLocal Muscle Movers is claiming no responsibility for my missing belongings*** ***, the GM at the Portland location has been incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant to deal withHe ignores my phone calls and refuses to resolve the issue, claiming that Local Muscle never had my boxes in their possession to begin with
