Roof was contracted to and paid to owner but the owner subcontracted to someone else who did a substandard job (owners son admitted this in front of myself and other witnesses). The roof really needs to be properly redone and the contractor is ignoring letters sent on paying for the cost of internal damages due to roof leakage. Roof has been patched multiple times.
