Review: I went into the shop to have my front windshield replaced on my car. I drove about a block away and I needed to adjust my rear view mirror, this is when I noticed that this was not my rear view mirror. I went back to the business and stated to the [redacted] that I do not have my original mirror and wanted to know what happen to it. He stated that his employee broke it and he would replace my original rear view mirror because I told him I was not happy with his employee breaking my mirror and then not being informed and having to find out later. He said call in a couple of days and he would have it as he planned to reorder me the proper make and model of my rear view mirror that his employee broke. I waited 3 days to call he said he had not forgotten me and it had not gotten there yet. I wait 3 more days and called and he said the same thing and promise he would call me when the replacement rear view mirror has arrived. It's now nearly 2 weeks and there has been no further word from him.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to have him replace my rear view mirror that his employee broke, as he stated he would replace it.
