Tri-State Linens & Event Rentals

I made an order since November 2019, was told 3 days(Nov 26th 2019) to my event (Nov 29th 2019) that the exact type of the china ware that was showed to me at the their showroom was not available, I called the next day to cancel , I receive an email from the sales lady stating how much will be refunded.I have called, went there, I open a dispute with bank , they responded by lie that the rental item was delivered but nothing was delivered. I have emails of conversation stating the amount that they will be refunded.
They display the product that was not available
they promised to refund me my money since nothing was deliverd
they asked me to cancel my claim with my bank that they will refund.
still I have not been able to get my money back.
I brought business to them I cancel because the item was not available and they have refused to refund the money.
I have been stressed all because I want a refund of the delivery that was not made.
