Review: This company put a contract together for us to purchase kitchen cabinets through them. 50% payment was required at signing, which we paid via check. the remaining half was due upon delivery of the cabinets. Tri-State promised the cabinets would be delivered 6-7 weeks from signing the contract. The cabinets were not delivered until the 11th week. Tri-state INSISTED that I pay the remaining 50% in full upon receiving the cabinets. Once the cabinets were dropped off, I paid in full via check.

1 day later after the contractor when through the dozens of boxes of cabinets, it was clear that one cabinet was missing. When I brought this to the attention of Tri-State after a holiday week, they made it clear that they were aware that the cabinet was not included in the delivery. I was told that they would get back to me with an answer as to when the cabinet would be delivered. I have not heard back from them, and when I call them, noone is available to take my call.Desired Settlement: Deliver the last cabinet by the end of this week. waiting until week 13 is unacceptable. My contractor is working at my home all week, and if the cabinet gets delivered by friday I will not be charged extra money to have it installed. If I have to bring the contractor back next week or any other week to install, I will be required to pay additional funds.
