In response to ID [redacted] originally submitted by a Ms [redacted] Ms [redacted] entered our dealership inquiring on several vehicles and her ability to obtain financing Nothing was out of the ordinary as Ms [redacted] gave us information in which to obtain said financing It was very much understood that we would try and obtain financing for her from a short list of banks We pulled Ms [redacted] 's credit report on Experian and Trans Union bureaus, not Equifax, as our banks don't use that bureau and was unnecessary to do so Ms [redacted] called us numerous times as to the result of the financing and what our banks would offer to her in terms of credit It was then she indicated to us that she would get a family friend to sign with her to obtain financing or better financing At no time did we avoid Ms [redacted] s calls as evidenced by the attachment I have submitted Additionally, I spoke with our Account Executive from the credit reporting agency we partner with and he indicated to me that it is impossible to definitely pinpoint whether one event such as inquiries dropping a score He indicated to me that scores change daily, hourly, even by the minute depending on the circumstance While we have no malice towards Ms [redacted] , we would help in any way we could in this situation, just not sure what we can do to help We followed through with what was asked of us to obtain financing on Ms [redacted] s behalf and in doing so credit inquiries were made But to be clear, we pulled Trans Union and Experian bureaus only Additionally, we felt Ms [redacted] to be very pleasant to deal with and would be more than happy to talk with her if she chooses to do so.Thank you [redacted]
