Review: we've been trying to get our $2500.00 back for several months now, we've called, e-mailed Vice President [redacted] with no call backs, no e-mail replys no nothing. We've (My husband & I)hired this company to get a loan which they required a down payment of $2500.00 for an appraisal ,we gave them a deadline that we needed this completed by and was never met, we were told if the appraisal wasn't necessary we would get our money back, and to date have not received anything. We are waiting on getting all of our tax papers and money back.Desired Settlement: We are asking for all of our Tax papers back, and Interest added onto the $2500.00 since this check was cashed in December of 2013.We will not settle for anything less than that.
