quarterly bill is paid, one sticker, to be placed on one bag each week, is sent to the resident. This fee must be paid, whether or not the resident sets anything out for collection. Ms. [redacted] is the owner of record and also resides here. In order for Ms. [redacted] to have a ‘hopper’ she would also have to pay or make and keep arrangements for payment of a previous balance owed on another account she had with TriCounty Industries, Inc. The current contract has been in effect since February 1, 2017. Ms. [redacted]' account remains suspended due to a balance of $103.50 on her current account, in addition to the previous account in which she owes $437.30. The base fee still accumulates while on suspension. Our collections department has offered a payment arrangement until the balance is paid in full, which Ms. [redacted] has refused.Because of the City’s ordinance, the balance on her account is legitimate, and we will continue with collection efforts.If you should have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me at [redacted].
