Revdex.com:Thank you for getting me my refund.  Be sure, however, that Ms. K[redacted] is lying.  She knows exactly who I spoke to on the phone and received the enclosed attachment in an email in November.  She sent me an email from the very same address that I sent my letter to in November.  She responded to my complaint on [redacted] and is very familiar with my situation.  Ultimately, none of this really matters because the check cleared; however, make no mistake that K[redacted] is dishonest and I will never use Tri County again even if it is covered by a warranty.  It is simply not worth it.
