My HOA is going through a re-piping for all homes. They have partners with TCDC to install new Air conditioning lines.

Since march, I have been dealing with my HOA and with TCDC to make sure today May 15th is all set to install air conditioning lines as it would be the only day available to complete before they start patching exiting holes on walls with dry wall.

At the beginning of my search I tried contacting *** @(), who never return my calls. After various attempts, my HOA gave me a number of his employee *** @ . after some research and receiving quote we decided to move forward as this cost is not cover by the HOA. we approved the contract, signed, dated and delivered back to *** Via email on 03/28/18 and he confirm receipt on 03/29/18.

I also have text messages from *** confirming there was nothing left outstanding and that they will coordinate.

Today we were expecting TCDC to show early in the morning to start and finish project. I took the day off to make sure there were no issues and by 10am no one showed or called. Att 10 am I called and texted *** and *** with no reply until 12:30. ***, really unprofessional and said it was too late and there was nothing he can do since his employee called out sick. And ***, still to get back to me with a solution. what kind of business are they running? no customer service skills.... this has been a nightmare. I did not appreciate the way *** spoke to me as there was nothing he can do. As a manager he should have better customer service skills and a problem solver.
