Four years after Tri-City paved our driveway, many cracks had appeared and sections were beginning to crumble. I contacted the company to come and determine the problem. The y did not respond in summer of 2014 (stating it was too hot) and then by the time they came to check, it was too cold to fix. In 2015 we learned that the problems were due to faulty installation-- no topsoil added to bring the borders up to the height of the driveway and a thickness in parts of only half an inch of asphalt. The entire driveway needs to be torn up and replaced-- so we wasted $7500. Poor construction and very poor response to my complaints.
