This is absolutely the worst law firm I have ever encountered. The reception staff is unprofessional, curses, and will block your phone number if they do not like what they hear.
Attorney Kira T is equally unprofessional, she dropped my case without notifying me. Further, despite being my "attorney" for over a year, she never filed any supporting paperwork for my claim leaving me completely in the dark.
This ordeal left a very sour taste in my mouth for this law firm and I asked them on several occasions to remove me from their mailing lists (both email and direct mail). I was promised they would, yet I continue to get direct mailers from them. Use this law firm at your own risk & only if you desire unprofessionalism, blatant disrespect, and incompetence.
