TGR, Inc. is very sorry to hear that the new home owner feels this way.
TGR, Inc. was originally hired by the previous home owner and her realtor to fix a specific leak on the house, which we fixed and it has not leaked since. TGR was then called by someone in May about a garage leak, we went...

and assessed the garage roof and all the workers saw was a split seam, which they caulked and have not heard of any leak since. TGR was then called last week about another garage leak issue. TGR called the daughter of the previous home owner to investigate and she knew of it and it is caused by the A/C unit (a totally separate issue that we were never hired to address). TGR relayed this to [redacted]'s husband and offered to come as what we could do to fix that problem. TGR also offered to give them the contact information of the parties that originally hired TGR, Inc. and gave us the information regarding the A/C unit. We also let them know that we were told the roof needed to be kept clear of all debris to prevent the leak, this was told to us by the daughter and the contractors she had worked with when TGR contacted her. As we told Mr. [redacted] we would be happy to take a look, however since this is a separate repair not tied to what we were originally hired to do it is not covered under any warranty. It also states on our proposal and invoice that there is no guarantee on a repair as this was a temporary fix on a small portion of the garage roof.
