Trevi Auto Sales

I purchased a vehicle from trevi auto sales. Vehicle was picked up while in our possession and was told the vehicle was a buy back. Upon finding this out made numerous calls to *** financial to figure out reason for the buyback. Spoke to multiple representatives and advised us that we need to speak with the dealer because they are the ones that requested it. When speaking with the dealer the sales man said he wasn’t responsible and that *** financial sent the repurchase demand letter. So I called back to *** financial and they once again said it was the dealers request and keep giving the run around. Got them on the phone with the salesman and once the representative heard his voice said I can’t continues this conversation and ended the call abruptly. Spoke more with the Sales on the next step because I was out of a Car, $3500 down payment, and $430 car payment. He said he couldn’t refund the money cause he lost money as well from the buyback which doesn’t make sense because he will resale the vehicle and make his money back. But yet expects me to leave with literally nothing. What confuses me is if the vehicle was bought back shouldn’t the down payment be returned because the vehicle wasn’t taken by the finance company..
