Poor customer service, phone number listed no one answers then says mailbox full. I reached out via facebook to company and they responded saying phone service is unavailable. I ordered presents for Christmas on 11/28/16 at that point I was told order would be delivered in 5-12 days. My payment was taken out of my account 11/30/16, I still have not received my package. They finally responded my package should arrive 1/4/2017.

My experience with Trendsgal was successful. I received my order within the time frame they gave me. I ordered two rings. My only issue would be clarification of the product. I thought I was ordering a two black, stainless steel promise rings. When in reality it was a "One size fits all" ring.
Communication was effective. All questions were answered within 24 hours.

I received my order in a timely manner but when I opened the box I could tell IMMEDIATELY it would be problems.
I bought wigs & boots. The wigs had a weird stench. & Even though I was careful to order my boots 8.5 instead of my true size of 7.5, NONE OF THEM FIT.
They are too S-M-A-L-L even though I ordered a full size larger than my normal size! The wigs were not quality or up to par @ all!
HEED MY WARNING & DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
