I purchased an order and they sent me the wrong product. They refuse to email me/answer the phone.
I ordered their Elanora Doll and I was sent a anal plug and a vibrator. I have called and emailed them several times with them correcting the wrong order I was sent and it's always automated and no one responds to me as such as the email says( in 8 business hours or a 2 days wait limit for a response.
I want a refund or for them to send me the correct product that I have ordered from them.
Wrong product arrived and no customer service to make it right
The product's that arrived were not what I ordered and I have not been able to get ahold of any customer service.
I would like either the right products to be delivered or my money refunded

I ordered twice in the last four Weeks and received the wrong orders both times. I complained to the support of trending desires for the first items
I ordered two what is called the Blue me Torso Doll ordered on 3/10/2020 item number #XXXXX; tracking number #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and all I received was a thank you for getting in touch with trending desires that they will get back to me. Two weeks went by and nothing so I ordered something else named Doggy style vibrating *** and *** on 3/20/2020; item #XXXXX tracking number #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and got the same results, something else was sent to me not what I ordered pictures of items originally ordered, and pictures of orders received on the package are included in the choose file section!
I would like the correct orders that I ordered or my money back
Products received are not what we ordered.
The two products received are not what we ordered and are very cheap and nowhere near the monetary value of what we ordered. They're not even in the same category as what we ordered and paid for.
We would like a refund or the items we ordered and paid them for please.
