Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The offer I reviewed from TreesAndPlantsDirect.com is shown in quotes below I did not receive the trees as promised on May 17th, After it was clear the trees were not being delivered, I tried to follow up multiple with the business via email, Facebook and phone No emails were answered, no one answered the phone (no voice mail to leave a message either) and Facebook messages were not answered either After two weeks of trying to contact the business to understand where the trees were, I decided to order trees (these were supposed to be a gift to my mother) from another vendor We received those trees and planted them already Therefore, I do not need more trees, and only would like the original order amount ($209.75) refunded.Furthermore, it is too late in the year to transplant bare root trees, in my opinion."Ours records show that these items were shipped.We are happy to re-send via FedEx this weekPlease let us know if this is an acceptable solution?
