Great experience. They were recommended by a friend and did a great job. On time for the appointment, did everything and cleaned up. Best price for the job. I would highly recommend.

If I could give Mike less than a star, I would. He came out and gave an estimate for the services and then came to perform them. One would think that a tree trimmer, or anyone else using a ladder would know not to set the ladder on top of a person's gutter helmets as they bend easily, which of course is just what happened. Mike did give me money back and said he would pay for whatever it would cost to repair or replace them. I texted him when the gutter company told me what it would be to replace the helmets and it's been crickets since then. Mike has not acknowledged my text to him and I don't know of he will after reading more reviews on his he handled his business.

The new owner came out and I explained to him everything I wanted done-. He wrote the requests down and gave me a written quote. Then when the actual work was done he did not follow through in completing the tasks listed clearly on his quote. Once questioned, he changed his story. I was quoted for root removal for some of the bushes. When asked why he didn't do it, he said it would cost more. But my handwritten quote from him clearly states root removal. He also quoted me for trimming the trees and removing the suckers 15-20 feet up and he didn't do this either. I received no apologies for cutting down my crepe myrtle that was to only be trimmed.
