Treeco -The Real Estate Equity

My car was towed from a parking lot while attending a dinner.
Treeco is the Property Management Company that manages a parking lot in Englewood, NJ.
I parked my car in the lot where the restaurant was located.
The sign before you enter the parking lot states parking during business hours only.
I had dinner with friends at the restaurant in the shopping center.
I left the restaurant and when I got to the parking lot my car was gone.
The car was towed at 8:20pm.
The Restaurant is open until 9pm.
I had to go to the towing lot to get my car which costs $190.00 CASH to have it released.
I contacted the property management company and they stated "Our towing process goes by the amount of time a vehicle is parked on-site, not by the store hours".
This is not what the sign says.
There were three cars that all arrived together to attend the dinner, My car has Maryland plates and was towed, another car had New York plates and had a orange violation sticker on the window, the third car had NJ plates, no sticker applied and this car was not towed.
