We gave the customer an estimateAfter my guys showed up, they saw something, I did not see and the job was going to take longer than expected and so we gave them an adjustment on price and the customer did not want to pay anymoreThe customer did not want to pay extra and so we left the job
without startingWe are willing to honor the job at the estimated price that was first given

We were going to replace the sheet metal but found out it is no longer available. We are just waiting for a response from the roofing company on a date to patch repair the roof damage.
