I agreed a week ago to have to pay $for this company to cut/trim bushes and one small tree Instead my bushes/trees were butchered They showed up without knocking on my door to let us know they are here and get permission to start, let alone giving us any paperwork to sign for this job! I told MrH*** that this is NOT the way you do business!!! Put it in writing, have customer sign it, then do your job, then you get paid Instead, he just shows up, does a butcher job, and expects us to be happy with it? They didn't square/trim them off like we agree to Then, they asked us for another $for the job This was a complete scam!!! I was expecting him to bring paperwork, have us sign it, then startHe DID NOT have my permission to begin services this morning, because I would have asked him for paperwork, before commencing But after it was too late, he started doing the work I asked my husband to tell them to trim the bushes down more on the sides and even it up MrH*
