Tree Doctors was hired to trim my neighbors trees They trimmed a 50ft plus tree without rigging, when a branch hit my roof I came running outside informed the supervisor they are trespassing on my property and they do not have permission to be on my roof or dropping large branches on my roof Not min after I notified them of this a huge branch crashed through my roof & ceiling When I came outside I found that they continued not rigging the branches constituting gross negligence The owner came out to the site and assure me they would handle all the damages After fighting me on everything and trying to offer $to repair the damages we had to go through their insurance company who still did not fix the roof to look like it did before the gross negligence There is now going to be a patch of my roof that does not match the rest I did not hire this company and it is not right that my house will now be an eyesore because they trespassed and were grossly negligent I hav
