Hello, As to Ms***'s complaint, she was advised that we would remove any rust that the windshield sits on, That was done perfectly, However, her car was rusted in so many other spots that required a body shop to repair. That rust did not impede our ability to perfectly clean the affected
area of our work.Ms*** seems to think that the longer the work takes, the better the outcome isThat's not the case.She was given a lifetime warranty on our labor and that we honor fully, if she has any leaks or air seeping through, we will redo the work or give her a full refund.Ms***'s complaint has no basis since she lacks the knowledge or the expertise needed to do this job thinking that we promised hours turn around time meant that it would take us hours to finish it.One final thing, if Ms*** is willing to pay again for us to remove the windshield and replace it in the event that we prove to her that the rust was completely removed from the affected area, we would be happy to do that, but if the promised work was not done, we will do it again and refund her her money.Thank you very much*** ***Milwaukee Auto Glass###-###-####

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I feel as if they are trying to insult me. I've been in the retail business before. I know customer comes first. If someone isn't satisfied with your work, its your duty to try to make the customers happy. Why should I have to pay EXTRA money for them to reassure me that they did a good job. They can keep their ppetty money. To me, they are just a money hungry company and I will tell everyone my experience.
