Treasure Valley Fence Panels

We purchased fence panels from this place and we were told they would be deliver by that week. So we called to see if it was on its way and was told no not until the next day. Which would have been fine we understand if there's a delay. All we asked was for a courtesy call letting us know that there was a delay on the delivery. But instead the owner Destiny calls us back upset starts cursing at us for asking where are panels were. She has No customer service what so ever. WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND WE WILL WARN EVERYONE WE KNOW!

I am owed a refund of $2330 from a bank error in November 2019. We it resolved at the end of February, On Feb 29 they said they would mail a check. I never got it. I called and left a voicemail and sent an email follow up also on March 14. I did not hear back from them. I was able to reach them on April 2nd and talked to Destiny. She said it was sent on the 29th... I let her know it never got to me maybe it was a post office error. She said they would cancel the first check and send another. I waited until today April 13th, which is 10 days, and still no check. If they actually did send a check, which seems unlikely, it's not getting to me.

The company as a whole is so easy, and great to work with. Very reasonably priced, and they do a fantastic job!
I highly recommend!
