office with my insurance resulting in all visits along with treatment being denied. She would be placing me in the same situation with my insurance with a referral made by her. Also, referring me to see someone else was not part of the outcome I'm asking for. Her phone call today to send me elsewhere does not address any issues regarding the office staff nor Dr. [redacted]'s refusal to talk with me over the phone or through an appointment. She does not address having her MA give me the body scan results or not seeing me for a follow-up appointment. I need documentation to write an appeal letter to my insurance so that they will process all claims regarding this office as in-network. My insurance is also saying they will only process one injection and not two. The office can write an appeal letter for me, but when I asked Angela she refused to do so.
