I am rejecting this response because:
  It is not true. Only my card number was used and I dont know what ID they used, I would like to see it.  I havent been in Hayward where the store is for 10 years and I dont buy jewelry from a kiosk!!! Treasure...

Island jewelry used my number a total of 8 times for 8 purchases, 4 of which went through then I noticed it and canceled the card then 4 other charges were tried and declined each time yet they kept trying. I have found out through YELP that this business has done this at least to 2 other people. There is something shady going on with this business.  I have contacted my police department and my credit union.  The other victim has contacted Hayward PD and I have made a complaint with Southland Mall where the kiosk is located.  I think it should be investigated and shut down.  Bad business practices.
