Review: I financed a vehicle at traxx auto on 2/17/14 I paid $1100.00 down on vehicle still oweing $2757.00 on it. I had the 2000 chevey venture for no more than 2 days and the transmissions second gear starts going out. I havent even made it to my first weekly payment of $50.00. Traxx auto insist I buy the new transmission and want me to make payments on a vehicle im sure they known ahead of time that is unsafe for me my girlfriend and her daughter. This vehicle is unsafe and I would just like my $1100.00 back as traxx auto is denying me of it.Desired Settlement: I just want whats fair for my family.

Someone who is not the legal owner of the vehicle came in yelling and being very rude and disrespectful. He was calling the owner names and attempting to be intimidating.
