Unfortunately I am not a fan of this company. Booked my evacuation hotel through them as Hurricane Matthew was bearing down on us. Called the hotel to verify the reservation and NO RESERVATION with no occupancy to be had. Travlu website and confirmation said I was at one location, hotel said it was another one of their locations, but neither had my reservation!! After going up the chain of command Karen S[redacted] passed me off to Lionel the "supervisor" taking my call from the Philippians who did absolutely nothing to help...said we were out of luck! Would not even give me his last name. I will think twice or double check before I use a no-name company again.
