Pd for warranted Irrigation repair,but system still not working. I missed next appt but my subsequent vm's, email, text were ignored by business rep.
04/26/18 Travis R. arrived for repair - error code on Irrigation system box & system wouldn't come on. Stated he replaced transformer & system came on (I verified).Two days later, system not working with same error code as before. I had to text, email & leave vm's before I was able to arrange an appt the following week. However, my husband was not there when Travis stopped by so he left without calling him (my husband was 5 min away). No response rec'd to my f/u vm to Travis on 05/08. Reached Travis today & told him I was disappointed with his service & lack of responsiveness & I had to contract with someone to make the necessary repair. His replay was that HE was disappointed in the broken app't since that cost him money. so I said that I just wanted to give him a chance to make amends but would be lodging a complaint & ended the call.
I paid $160 for parts & labor to make a repair that did not work. The invoice states "1 yr warranty on all parts & labor". I had to hire another company to make the necessary repairs due to Travis Reed's ineffective repair attempt & poor Customer Service. The issue was time-sensitive as my lawn & plants were turning brown.

we responded to the customers complaint they were not present for appointment. we will not be sending out a service charge bill of 65.00. as an effort to show that we do care as a company weather our customers are happy. Customer hired another company which voids any kind of warrantee we provided. At Travis Reed Irrigation we provide a professional service that we stand behind.
