My family and I have stayed here for a year due to transitional housing. I continuously have problems with a variety of staff members when it comes to customer service and my account. I have acquired twice when a staff member has charged my credit card/bank account without permission. As it continued to happen I asked if my card can be removed from their system. Since then my son has had to pay a past due bill in good faith to the manager there. When he calls there [redacted] at the front desk always tells him the manager is not available or we don't take payments over the phone he'll have to come in. I've made payments over the phone so this cannot be true. On Friday he tried to reach the manager and was unsuccessful until yesterday, he was told the payment had cleared "his" account and he was done paying the bill. His account was never charged but mine was, which left a insufficient amount along with a over draft charge. I went to the facility to resolve the issue but no one was available to help me except a person that works in laundry who was being trained for the front desk. She had no clue what to do or who to callf for assistance. She began to get irritated towards the end and became rude by telling me the bank will get their money, it's not like their not gonna get it! What she failed to realize that this was an inconvience to me as my account was overdrafted and I had to cancel all payments to my account that were scheduled to come out this Thursday and Friday 6-19 6-20. The payment was not being charged to my account but my sons. I filed 3 complaints and no one was able to help with the charges to my account. It continued to pin til today and I had to go thru a lot of red tape, I was told the manager would have to take care of the issue and she's on vacation so I'll have to call back the next day. I wasn't excepting that and decided to continue to file a complaint because this continues to happen. Their customer service is terrible and I didn't get so much as an apology for what happened. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It's suppose to be resolved but it's gonna take a couple of days. In the meantime I have put everything on hold with payments going out to my creditors.
