Travelers Motel

While I have stayed at several motels all over the state this motel definitely was the worst not only was it filthyBut there were bed bugs and to top it off when I informed the office they insulted me accusing me off being on drugs do not ever stay here!

Business state that the consumer reported the incident on the second night of their stay. Before consumer arrival, the room was inspected and there were no roaches found. Business offered to enter the room to spray it but customer refused. Upon customer departure there was 3 roaches found but no...

infestation. Customer carried property that may have brought in roaches on to company premises. Customer was only charged for two people but there was three and was charged  for three dogs when they had four. In addition, after customer left, dog feces and dog urine were found in the room.

Review: My mom had rented a room for 4nights at the costs of $317.00. Now when we went to our room #149 we discovered it was roach infested and went to complain and see if we could get our money back so we could go somewhere else and they would not refund our money .Desired Settlement: The same amount it costs for the 4nights $317.00 is all I ask for back.

Review: Paid for a room and after showering I laid down a noticed bed bugs. I went to the front and they offered another room. After entering new room it was determined that the new room had ck roaches. I went to the front and asked for my money back and they asked that I come back Tuesday Feb 18, 2014 when the owner was there as he was the only one that could give a refund. I came back today (Feb 18) and was told owner never came in but they had room service check the rooms and there was no bugs. I have voucher stating they would issue refund (from clerk)Desired Settlement: I want money back. I never stayed the night and I could not have fining out they had bugs
