I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I'm hoping that the collection calls will cease. If not, I will be refilling my complaint. May I suggest that anyone thinking of signing on to this, run. A very expensive lesson learned. I laugh at the idea of being "flexible"...what a gross misrepresentation of that word. Glad to be done with it.
