Review: I contacted Travel Solutions aka Landow Travel Inc. in July of 2015 concerning a credit for a trip that was planned through their company. I was told that I would be notified when the credit was received by the office. The third week in January I decided to contact the office again because they never reached out to notify me that they received the credit. During that conversation I was told that I would receive the credit via mail. It is now February the [redacted] and I have yet to receive any thing nor has anyone contacted me to explain why there is a delay. The credit has to be use by a certain date so the delay is causing a huge inconvenience.Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order

My agent worked with the above named client. This was not a refund nor an exchange. This was a voucher for future travel. DELTA Vacations sent us the vouchers in my company name for her to use for a future trip. They have my company name on the voucher . There was two vouchers they were both sent to her at [redacted]. She has to have them. We did nothing wrong. We held them until she was ready to book another trip. She requested I send them to her which I stated we did. I have copies of the original vouchers which she should have in her possession.
