I brought my iPhone 5s into Fastlane Computers, located in DeFuniak Springs, FLThe employee made me sign a paper stating all sales were not refundableThe employee named ***, took the phone to the back room to work on itHe comes out of the room a few minutes later, saying the phone battery explodedWhen I asked what happened, his simple response, was, " I have no idea."
He charged me $for the battery, and I leftAfter leaving, I noticed that my screen had a burn mark on itI took the phone immediately back to *** specifically to see what he could do
He told me he charges $for a screen replacement, but he would "do $50." I told him I'd think about it and maybe be back
Upon consulting a well trusted repair technician from another business, it was indicated to me that *** would have had to puncture
