Our first issue was a few months ago when Weichert (now Virtual Endeavors LLC) lost our mortgage package on the way to sending to the mortgage companyThis package is basically a ribbon-wrapped gift of all of our personally identifiable information, with SSN, drivers license numbers, signatures- everything When they flagged that the package was lost to us, they sent that same information to us via email (without us requesting it) in an insecure fashion, making us even more vulnerable to identity theftThey were unhelpful in resolving this issue for many months even though it could severely impact both us for the rest of our livesI had to get *** which is dollars a month because they would not take any responsibility for it
And to add insult to injury just last night, Michael and I received the results of our escrow analysis and immediately called the customer service support line because the bill was $higher than before causing us a great deal of alarmAfter

They are not accurate,make numerous mistakes and do not follow through on anything Extremely inefficient and unprofessional Do not trust them with your funds for real estate transactions!
