I was approached suddenly and quickly by Chad J [redacted] (Che's Resolution) at my door selling Kirby Vacuum CleanerHe sold me the cleaner that we do not need at our age in lifeI cancelled two days later per contract agreement for a full refund and return of my two cleaners that was traded inTwenty days later MrJ [redacted] brought a check to me that was $less than I paid of $But my trade in cleaners (2) nor cash value of them was ever returnedLeaving us with out a vacuum and carpet shampoo machinesVery costly experience to usBut we at least got most of our money back fortunatelyChe's resolution did not live up to the cancellation contractWouldn't recommend opening your door to them
