Review: I booked a trapeze class for 2 people on July [redacted] 2013. The total amount paid was $142. The class was to take place on July [redacted] 2013. On the [redacted] of July, I emailed the school to cancel my appointment and issue a refund to me because I had a family emergency that came up and knew that I would not be able to attend the class. The school emailed back and said that they cant give me a refund because its too close to class date and unless the spots that I booked are taken up, they cant do anything. I explained that I had an emergency and asked for them to show a little faith and generosity. They refused, making me feel that they are unprofessional and very money hungry, not really caring about their customers business.Desired Settlement: I would like the school to refund me the entire amount ($142), due to the emergency, I need every dollar.

The student was aware of the cancellation policy that the company has. It is made known when he receives the email confirming his purchase and class information. We always do our best to stay with our policies, and make exceptions only when an exception is needed. The student needed to cancel his reservation without the requested notice from the start of class. We opened his reservation to try to fill the spots so we can refund his purchase as our policy states. There was not a need to make an exception to our policies. The spots were sold and the student was fully refunded as he had requested.
