I am rejecting this response because:Mr. Trapani is not being truthful about placing a call to me explaining degreasing of the engine, much less my giving him authorization to proceed.  The fact that his "call" never occurred, is supported and proven by the...

cell phone records attached.  Mr. Trapani, reveals he is lying by saying "If we called [redacted] about the oil leaks and he decided not to fix the oil leaks, we still would have to charge for all this time we spent washing, finding the problem and reassembling with out fixing the problem."  This contradicts his previous statement, "We called [redacted] and explained that there was no way we can see where the oil was coming from due to all the dirt and grime and that we would need to degrease and clean the engine."    I do not withdraw my complaint and would like to know what the next step is.

[redacted] could be right about the call, He may have called us to ask if we had looked at the bike yet. It's hard to remember if I called or he call here, But I am sure he will agree we talked one way or another about the bike needing a degreasing.  [redacted] has also emailed us that the bike has more oil leaking and I explained to him that if its something we charged him for that we would cover that.  That don't mean if there are other areas that have leaks we will do it a no charge. I also said we will keep it on record because it seems money was tight for him and that once he got caught up he could bring it back. I can not sit hear telling you in text all the issues with this bike. We fixed the bike, He is not happy with the price.  I don't know what to tell you. Id like to know how many times the Revdex.com has had complaints about us. Like I said, It there is a problem with what we fixed then we take care of it. We are no way magical or geniuses, but we treat everyone fair and have always stood behind any work done here. I believe that is why I am still doing the same thing after 37 years.
