Mr. Dirk Firman is a true talent. He had our old movie films and videotapes picked up for free by FedEx for safe delivery to him. Once received and reviewed by the producers at TransVideo, Mr. Firman personally called and spoke with us answering all my questions and helping my husband and myself with "Opening Titles" and "Background Music" suggestions. A couple of weeks later we received our DVD productions as promised and they look beautiful! Our children couldn't get over their DVD sets showcasing The Early Years of their life.
