Review: Requested working DVD player and remote for charter on Friday 07/12/2013 for tour slide show presentation. Driver stated that he was not given a remote. Tour was delayed 20 minutes while we waited for service tech to bring us a remote during the middle of our tour thus causing guide to truncate part of the tour to stay on schedule for a trip to the [redacted]. Details to be attached.Desired Settlement: Requesting refund of $51.50 out of the $515.00 paid for the 30 minute (rounded up) delay.
