We purchased a new truck for our company and this company saved us very quickly by providing a DOT number . They were very professional and honest about all and most importantly gave a complete thorough description of the entire process. I would highly recommend this company for anyone that is needing a DOT number or any other service they provide. Great Company and Jasmine was awesome and so professional !!!!!!

I've been with Transportation compliance since 2014.At first I just had them doing my drug n alcohol screening ,Alanah B has been my go to girl.They might be a little bit higher on prices but you pay what you get .Excellent service when I need something or anything comes due or before it does Alannah or her crew call and let me know.Now I pretty much have Alannah and her crew do everything. One stop shop ,I love my Angels Keep it up girls love ya.

This company gave me misinformation and made me purchase documents/products that were not needed. Which in turn put my company at risk of fines and closure. ( We were operating without proper documents and filing without our knowledge)

I received solicitation from this company for their services. Since I do not own a truck or have a CDL license or DOT number, I threw it out as junk mail. The next month I received a letter thanking me for my purchase and a credit card receipt for $90 was attached. I do not know where they got my credit card information from or my social security number. This transaction was not authorized by me. I have no need for their services. Also they try to appear like they are the official DOT and this charge is mandatory.
used our services in Oct of 2018. We did a Driver Quakification File, and helped him apply for a USDOT number. The specific service he purchased (Driver Qualification File) is one that needs to be renewed yearly in order for him to be DOT compliant. The letter that he received stated that he would be charged a renewal fee unless he contacted us to tell us our services are no longer required. As we did not hear from him, we moved forward with the renewal. Per his request, Gaby has refunded his $90 and we have made him inactive in our system. He will not be contacted or his card charged by us from here going forward.

On 5.17.2019, we contracted and paid Transportation Compliance Service $320.00 to obtain a FMCSA compliant Driver Qualification file for a new fleet driver. They began the process via communication with a former employee until 5.24.2019. Following that, the former employee's position was terminated. The task of working with Transportation Compliance was reassigned to another staff member. Beginning 7.02.2019, multiple emails and voicemail messages have been left for every Transportation Compliance service representative the former employee had contact with requesting a status update on the process and any missing information to complete getting the driver compliant. Contacts include voicemails and emails on the following dates: 7.02.2019, 7.03.2019, 7.05.2019, 7.08.2019, 7.09.2019, and 7.10.2019. Service representatives contacted iclude: Ryan, Katie, and Maricia/Ilian. To date, no response has been received.
We have resolved this with the client. They are not in any way unhappy with our services and are working to remove the review on their end. This was just a misunderstanding.
