Had a question, got a answer
Could not get an appointment set up at location on form, called and was able to talk to Cassie, and she found a different location to where we live on the weekends, AND a Saturday appointment availability. Very personable, quick and listened.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]

We left one (1) voicemail for this prospective client He needs to realize that once he applies for a DOT number then the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) makes his information public and anyone who is in the Business of helping get people in compliance will call his number and try to get him in compliance whether he is already in compliance or not Our company might have been the last company to leave a message and he assumed that we were the one that left multiple messages When in fact we only left one (1) message. Please remove this message as this is not a legitimate complaint

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I received a call from [redacted] today 9/3/from transportation compliance about my complaint she has informed me they are going to refund us our money and apologized she was told the matter was taken care of by her employee Regards, [redacted]

Transportation Compliance Service calls all new US DOT numbers every day. When we cannot get a hold of potential clients we leave them a message stating that we are Transportation Compliance Service and that we would like to help them get in compliance for their upcoming US
DOT Audit The Specialist then leaves their phone number and asks them to return the call. When we speak to a potential client we explain that we are a third party administrator attempting to help them get in compliance with DOT regulations after a thorough “question and answer” process. In this instance we never actually spoke to the client so that may actually be confusing us with one of several other companies that they get calls fromSo there is no reason for her to be singling us out when there are several other companies that say they would like to go over “DOT Compliance” with herAgain, we only left a voicemail in this instance. If we left the potential client a voice mail and they would never like us to call them again then we will never call them again

*** *** was up for renewal and we sent him a letter in advance and we did not receive the letter back The letter states that if you do not want to renew then to please contact us We heard nothing from *** *** so we charged his card He then called us and stated that he was no
longer in business so we said no problem and that we would make his account inactive and refund his credit card What *** *** does not realize is that once we refund the money then it is entirely out of our hand and in the Banks hand that holds the credit card We would gladly refund his money immediately if we could but now it is in the Banks hands He was emailed the refund the confirmation the same day that he requested the refund so he knows that we did it on our end

The owner of the business (transportation compliance services) contacted me todayThey are refunding my money in fullJeff m*** emailed me a copy of the start of the refund to my credit cardAt this point I think I can drop my complaintI truly want to thank the Revdex.com for your assistance in
correcting this matterI thank you for your time as well, you provide a much needed service for the American consumer *** ***, *** *** ***

We have contacted this client and clarified the amount We returned his money as he requested He has told us that he has rescinded the complaint

***On Monday, November 30, *** received a message from
this customer asking him to call her back; however, this message was left after
our office had closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday. *** called back twice Monday morning when
we reopened but never got a return call from the
customer.Later that day we received the Revdex.com complaintPrevious to
being notified of this compliant we had no idea that this person was already
working with another companyI then called and left another message and immediately
refunded the entire amount. We had
already done the Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) for this client and that was
sent to them on the November 25th We had also already sent them Supervisor
training (via email), Drug testing and a Driver Qualification interview was
scheduled for 2:p.mon November which we cancelled until we could talk
to the client. We had also cut and sent
high quality vinyl DOT number that this client could put on the side of their
vehicle. All things were done based on
the customer’s specific authorization. We had left numerous messages for this client and they
finally returned our call today, December 4, 2015. After I talked with the client they were
happy that we had returned the money and will be satisfied once they money is
back on their credit card. We have also
directed our representatives to specifically ask potential customers if they
are already working with another company as some of them apparently won’t think to mention that fact

Hello,                 In regards to Case #:[redacted]. I have attached documentation in regards to the case in order for the services we were providing [redacted] company, [redacted]. ...

On 12/20/2016 Chase contacted [redacted] and let her know the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) was requiring companies to do Biennial updates, an update done every two years to update company information, and that her account was in need of one. She agreed to allow us to process that update for $200, receipt is attached.                 She had contacted Chase letting him know she had not received the documentations to sign to update the account with the FMCSA and so the documents were resent on 1/2/2017. After they were resent some confusion occurred on [redacted] side. She had claimed the DOT number we were trying to update was not hers and in which I tried to inform her in was and how she can double check that is was.                   Not once in the any phone call or email did Chase or Shinay state they were working with the USDOT, in fact, our email signatures state we are a private company assisting in compliance needs.                 There was never a charge made to her account for $355. The last time anything was done on the account was August 2015 when a [redacted] was employed in which we processed a UCR (Unified Carrier Registration) for $350 but only $114 was paid to us as a processing fee and the rest was paid to the government. No refund was requested by [redacted] and [redacted] was never spoken to.                 We never told her the DOT was [redacted] we informed her it was [redacted] and when we provided her with a company of the government website page that would confirm that was her number she responded with a fake document and claimed we had made it all up.                 We responded numerous times and when she requested a refund for the $200 Chase contacted her twice leaving a voicemail and leaving a message with her co-worker in which she never responded.                 She never attempted to call us back and instead disputed the charge on her credit card which we have provided the same documentation and informed them we will gladly refund her and all we needed was confirmation but she never contacted us back.                 Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer a refund until the dispute process is completed. The reason being is, if we refund the $200 and the dispute is won on her end we will in turn be losing $400. The $355 is not something we charged nor did we talk to her last year so it is possible another company that offers compliance services spoke with her and charged her card.                   [redacted] company still has to comply with federal regulations that surround her DOT number and we will still gladly assist and have attempted to clear up any confusion with no success.                 If there is any other information I can provide please let me know and I appreciate your help.     Have a wonderful day and thank you, Shinay   Drug Testing Administrator Transportation Compliance Service A Private company assisting in compliance needs P: (866)389-9342 ext [redacted] F: (208)629-7063

We have contacted the client and refunded her money and she is satisfied with this resolution and has agreed to rescind this complaint.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference t[redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. This is because, in disregard of my explicit instructions for resolution that this business stop calling me, they immediately called me again, and during a several minute phone call, they did not apologize nor admit fault for the harrassing calls and voicemails. Instead, they tried badgering me into admitting that I was mistaken on every single point of complaint I made with the Revdex.com. As they pointed out, the recorded my phone (without my permission of course), so anyone questioning the content of their phone call can get the recording from them. I particularly object to them saying I was mixing their company up with the 'bad companies' out there. It's true that I have received countless disruptive calls from several similar organizations the past several weeks. However, the fact that others do it does not absolve this company's wrong, nor does it make this company in the right. They are apart of the problem, and from my call with them today, they have no intention of being apart of the solution of stopping harrassing calls and high pressure sales tactics. I also don't accept, as in their own words, that 'I just have to accept companies will take my public information and call me for unsolicited services, which I may not need.' I ask they stop the manipulation, harassment, and high pressured sales calls, of which their unwelcome call to me for so called 'resoluton', was of the same bullying character and tone.

Revdex.com...As the Office Manager it is my responsibility to help resolve these complaints and that is why I called regardi[redacted].  I understand the complainants concern and that is why I called him to acknowledge his concerns and try to explain to him why he was left a voice mail.  I left him a voice mail and if he did not want any contact with us then why did he return the call?  His information was made public by the US DOT and he had many calls from many different companies which he confirmed with me.  We will never call this person again regarding his complaint.[redacted]
