We agreed to recut the key shell, but on the first compliant it showed that he requested a money refundSo I did reply to the last compliant stating that if he wanted a replacement that I would send it out no problemWe did not receive a message back to confirm that we were only going to resend the item out with no refundI did go ahead and cut the key today and it is shipped out the tracking number will be sent to email: ***

We received the call a missed call on Friday and was able to be in contact the next following business day on Monday. Once we spoke with our customer we then decided that an exchange would be appropriate in this situation seeing that everything we sent out work for almost three months until...

the customer notified us that that they broke the key that we sent out. Our exchange would come with a new shell and the cut service, Not sure why the compliant was sent but looks like a misunderstanding between our customer and our customer service department.
