To Whom It May Concern:We have read in detail the complaint filed by *** *** ***. The complaint was received by us on 06/17/15. After review of the complaint and the tenant's file our response is the following:We would first like to invite the tenant or any client of ours to first
bring any concerns to our attention to try to address these directly. We did not receive any correspondence from the tenant to try to resolve this issue. The security deposit refund was handled per the tenant's lease agreement and in accordance with the New Mexico Landlord Tenant Laws. Her refund was mailed within days of her vacating the property, on May 27th, at 2:07pm. There were repairs completed on the garage door and the sliding screen door. These were done to restore the property to the original condition that the tenant had received it. These repairs were both considered to be damage and not wear and tear. I have attached pictures of the damages and the areas after the work was completed. The tenant was provided with line item accounting of the issues that were addressed and the costs for those items.
