Transmissions Only

The client [redacted] came to my workshop asking for a transmission service when I inspected the transmission I noticed that the oil was burnt and muddy that happens when there is internal damage I communicated to [redacted] that the oil change would not resolve the problem and he said that he had insurance that would cover him up to $1,dlrs and asked how much it would be to change the transmission I said it would be from 1,to 2,plus parts regular and electric are more if the transmission needed them and there is a waiting time period and he accepted it when it was the vehicle's turn cadillac the transmission started to lower and that's when I noticed that the transmission was not installed properly it was missing screws and nuts and had the marker or paint orange on the screws like it is on the junks I also noticed it was hit I let [redacted] know of the issues he came to my workshop to look at the unit and I told him that we needed another unit o different box and asked me if there was anything I could do (so that he didn't have to spend more) and mentioned that his wife was not working and insurance, etc etc his personal problems, I told him I can do the job but I'm not responsible if this causes a problem and he said he would assume responsibility, I opened the transmission and it was completely burnt I let him know I started to call places to order parts and it's somewhat hard to find some of them there was always communication by phone and text in regards to what would be needed everything within the time frame we had agreed I told him it would be $and we came to a deal of $for the reason that he didn't have any money and his wife without a job on 6/26/I installed the transmission and there was an issue on the first gear I let the consumer know I inspected the transmission again and the drum had to be replaced everything was still under the same budget of $I put together and tested the car everything worked perfectly well I let [redacted] know that the car was ready and that it would be $reason $2500-$we took his situation into consideration and agreed to $but $was taxes that we couldn't take into account at first because we didn't know how much it would be for regular and electrical parts how can he ask for a $discount when we had already discounted $dlrsand he says there are texts and videos of everything I have everything too the delay was only one day but I let him know Once he knew the card was ready he came and tested the car, the car ran perfectly fine while we were on the test drive he kept yelling at me using his cell and disrespecting me and I have video of this We got to the shop without the car having any issues places the car on park and then drive and then reverse multiple times , it seemed abusive after he said I'm not going to pay you for your work and that he would take his car without paying and that he would close our business down that he was going to come back with his lawyer and that we didn't know who his family was this happened on 6/28/, days later he came back with a sheriff and said I came for my car and I asked him if he had the rest of the money he said no that's why I came with the Sheriff I told him you can't take the car without paying and the Sheriff I can't do anything, I'm just here to keep orderand without my permission he came into my shop taking video and pictures I told him you can't do that and he said he just wanted to make sure that we weren't using the car On 7/3/he came back with the Sheriff and brings his part for the job $accusing me of having changed his note because that was not his signature the Sheriff said to take a picture Finally on 7/10/I received a check from the insurance in the amount of $dlrs and I immediately let the client know he came back with a Sheriff and left driving his carAfter all this, I believe that Mr [redacted] only wanted to take his car without paying for my work...If the problem is the $for taxes everyone in the us knows that we have to pay for taxes

Finally on 7/10/17 I received a check from the insurance in the amount of $1500.00 dlrs and I immediately let the client know he came back with a Sheriff and left driving his car. After all this, I believe that Mr. [redacted] only wanted to take his car without paying for my work...If the problem is the $59.57 for taxes everyone in the us knows that we have to pay for taxes.
