ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The Transmission Dr can call the shop and arrange to have their transmission picked up. Transmission Dr. needs to pay the shop for their work at the time of pickup. I need my refund completed as soon as possible so that I can purchase another transmission asap. Thank you.
